From roof assessment to final quality check
We begin with a comprehensive roof evaluation to assess structure, ventilation, and moisture history, followed by precise measurements and a proposal outlining scope, materials, and timelines. As needed, we handle tear-off, replace compromised decking, upgrade ventilation, and install code-compliant eave, valley, and wall flashings for a watertight foundation.
Depending on the roof design and manufacturer requirements, we install panels on battens or direct-to-deck using stainless or coated fasteners at engineered spacing.
