Tracey's company did our metal roof back in 2021 and did an excellent job. The house is on the large side, so we expected a high price tag, but Tracey's quote ended up on the lower end. As an engineer, I had quite a few questions and Tracey took the time to discuss in detail everything I asked. I was happy to see that Tracey is a perfectionist, checking minute details on bends and folds and even going around the yard after the job was completed, looking for loose/dropped screws. The attached image shows the finished job from a drone shot and it looks beautiful. In addition, our power bills dropped 25% minimum once the roof was installed, due to higher reflectance and emissive properties of the metal (vs. shingles).
